Radgeing

Your scan is a report card on how you've cared for your body.

“Know how old you really are — inside.”

Radgeing compares the biological age of your organs with your chronological age using scans you already have — and tells you what to change to close the gap.

Radgeing proof
  • 1,200+ patient datasets
  • Model training in progress
  • 8-parameter brain framework
  • Uses existing scans — no new imaging

The problem

Medicine has been waiting for disease. Two people with the same birthday can have very different bodies inside — and the difference is measurable, if someone looks.

  • Healthcare is still built mostly around treating disease after it appears, rather than preventing it.
  • Noncommunicable diseases kill 41 million people every year — 74% of all deaths worldwide.¹ Their main risk factors — tobacco, physical inactivity, harmful alcohol use, unhealthy diet — are modifiable.¹
  • Two people with the same birthday can have very different bodies inside. Chronological age says nothing about how well you've lived in it.
  • Millions of CT and MRI scans already exist in hospital archives — and most of their information is never used beyond the original report.

Our solution

Preventive medicine from existing data. Radgeing analyses routine imaging that patients already have — no new scan, no extra radiation, no extra cost — to estimate the biological age of organs, starting with the brain.

“Radgeing isn't a diagnosis. It's an assessment of how you've taken care of your body — and a map for taking better care of it from here.”

“Built for the human race's shift from treating illness to preventing it.”

How it works

How Radgeing works

  1. Measure

Extracts morphometric indices, established visual rating scales and regional diffusion (ADC) values from routine DICOM.

  2. Compare

Maps them against a normative reference population to estimate biological age.

  3. Score

Produces the Radgeing Gap: biological age minus chronological age. A positive gap means an organ is ageing faster than you are.

  4. Guide

Translates the gap into practical direction — lifestyle modification, diet, physical activity, sleep and risk-factor control — to be discussed with your doctor.
